  1. 10/13/23 a day that will go down famously for the liberation of people’s minds.

One small step for Japan; one giant step for free thinking.

  2. Keep in mind that “dissolution” merely means removing the Moonies’ privilege of tax benefits. They can contest the dissolution order in court. Even if they lose they can still operate in Japan after the dissolution order.

  3. This is just a ploy by the Japanese Gov to get a cut of all the Moonies’ sweet sweet scam money.

  4. When this news went public, the Moonies promptly created a text-only video shared among the Japanese believers claiming that the dissolution order against them is the equivalent of “death”. A former second generation believer by the alias “VTuber Devil” shared this video on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/9999DEVIL6666/status/1710607688051343396) and raised the concern that such message might provoke some of them to become part of a “suicide squad” (特攻隊) in respond to the dissolution order.
