In my home country I’m working in the cybersecurity company as a malware analyst (researching vulnerabilities etc.) for about 3 years and I’m planning to move to Japan and continue my career in japanese cybersec company. Are there any people who have experience of working in japanese cybersecurity companies? Is it real to find a job as a malware analyst as a foreigner? Please tell about your experience.

How fluent are you in Japanese? The reality for cybersec is that Japanese specific malware (language) is a very small demographic. English / Chinese / Russian malware are more prevalent.
Your best approach would be find a company that has a branch in Japan and see if they would sponsor a transfer.
