4. I’ve eaten a lot of salmon nigiri (from probably close to 50 different restaurants all over the US) and none of them have looked this good. I’m probably nowhere near as experienced as other people here, though. The literal only thing that would make this *look* better is if it were on a plate 🙂 I like that the salmon pieces are wide and thin enough to kind-of wrap around the rice, that’s not something I see often
