Hijiki Ramen Donburi with soy marinate egg and Matcha


From a Japanese restaurant in Healdsburg California. Anyone have a good recipe for hijiki salad? I could eat this every day it’s so good 🤤

  3. Weird match for matcha but that looks good. Hijiki salad/Nimono is so easy. If you google it, the first few recipes that come up are pretty decent. I usually include carrot & aburaage.
