Shin Shin Ramen.
Not as rich as Issou Hakata.
Although i wished the noodles were thicker.
The flavour is a lighter Marutama Tori Paitan broth combined with Ichiran’s lighter Tonkotsu broth.
This will be the bowl that will keep me coming back to Japan.

Looks pretty basic. Try Tokyo Bankara kakuni tonkatsu ramen. It’ll blow your mind.
The name is shin shin?
Odd lol
Kasey is that you?
😊 face ramen.
Doesn’t that just mean new new ramen? It reminds me of a ramen I had [here](https://maps.app.goo.gl/AwQP9mqxXGXKiwyg8?g_st=ic) one day when I was dehydrated and had been walking all day without eating. Could have just been the fact that I was finally getting some food in my body but their salt based ramen brought me back to life. It honestly was one of the best ramen bowls I had during my whole trip.
Where who how?
I think I’ve been to the one in Fukuoka. Not sure if there are others.
