  1. ngl, that doesn’t look good to me. Everything is so heavily sauced and topped with ingredients, what’s the point of having fish on the plate? I’d bet a nice chunk of change this place also does hibachi.

  2. Is that pineapple, fried onion, scallion, and parsley on top of the tuna? Way too busy imo. The fish should be the star of every dish. Also I’m not a huge fan of steak “sushi”. Looks very good though.
