Wild Kanji Hibachi and Sushi (Shelton CT) Acceptable?

1. Looks about like the average sushi I get. Definitely fairly normal looking. Which isnt a bad thing, its all about the taste too

2. Looks pretty acceptable. Not a fan of the overloaded sauce but the amount of rice on the roll looks great. Plating isn’t that clean tho with the rolls shape.

   I’d say the guy who rolls it knows how to roll, the guy who cut and plate is not exactly great at it or too busy to bother.

3. Is that spicy tuna or spicy salmon? The texture looks odd to be either. Why does it look stringy?
