So I finally have gotten the address on the back of my resignation card. Apparently, the place I am staying is an exception to the rule so that why it took so long.
However know they have send about national health insurance. I am confused since I thought since I am only stay a year that I will not receive it….do I need to pay for it? What is the insurance about? Does it affect my insurance that I already have?

If you will stay on a visa for 3 months or more, you are required to enroll in health insurance and pension.
If you can’t afford to pay, you need to apply for exemptions.

Yes

It’s health insurance and pension payments.

No, but, you must be enrolled in the national healthcare and pension schemes so you’re going to be redundantly covered.
