  1. Inside: Salmon (Wild, cooked, mixed with gochujang, sesame oil, w/ green onion), Avocado, Cucumber strips. Masago outside. Alfalfa sprouts in the center. A couple drops of lemon juice on each piece. (Apologies for the roll being slightly off-center on the plate.)
