I am planning on moving soon to a new apartment and I don’t have the usual big appliances like washing machine and fridge.
I am not sure how long I will be in Japan, for argument sake, let’s say two more years.
Is it still better to buy energy-efficient(or with inverters) appliances or just buy a normal one?
I will be most of the time at home and live by myself.
I will always cook so very mini-fridge is not for me.

Edit: I currently live in a sharehouse and utilities are already included in the rent, so I really cannot measure my own usage right now,
