1. Pictured is Amaebi (sweet shrimp), Tako (octopus), Sake (salmon), Binnaga Maguro (albacore tuna), Hamachi (yellow tail), Tai (red snapper), Mebachi Maguro (red tuna), Tamago (egg), Ikura (salmon egg), Ika (squid), and Saba (mackerel).

2. Looks so good, the color on that tuna.

3. Is this the old Kyoto?
