  1. fun fact: fugu is only deadly if you eat the blood, which is the bit that contains the poison.

  2. It seems to be sliced VERY thick. which is not really normal for FUGU dishes.

    A good Chef would slice it at least 3x thinner. and arrange it in a flower style dish. giving you a larger plate with more pieces.
