Hi this will be my first time travelling to Japan and I’ve been told to fill out vist Japan web before I go and I have a question on the entry/return details it ask when you arrive and what your flight number is but then ask for an stay address I do put where I’m starting my trip cause I land in Tokyo then land in Osaka so should I put the flight number for the Tokyo flight or the Tokyo to Osaka flight.

You’re going to clear customs and immigration at the first airport in Japan that you land at. So if you’re flying into Tokyo and then taking a domestic connection to Osaka, the flight you put is the flight to Tokyo.
Your address would be whatever hotel you’re staying at. If there are going to be a bunch just use the first hotel.
Also, doing the info on Japan Web is not a requirement. They still hand out a paper declaration form on the plane you can use.
