I’m in Tokyo this week and would like to get my hair cut and get a full head of blonde highlights since I have some spare time. I have searched on google for salons and contacted a few but the prices I’ve received are quite high (25,000 yen+) compared to the Kansai region where I live. Can anyone recommend a salon in Tokyo that they have been to or know about that costs around 15,000 yen or less?
Extra note: I’ve also checked hotpepper. I’m interested in recommendations of salons people have been to.

been going to his salon for quite a long time. It should be in your budget depending on your hair length.
