Japanese hotel owners plan to sue Booking.com over payment failure

1. For a long time I’ve advised people to avoid booking websites and make reservations direct. The price differences are usually minimal.

   Plus I’ve heard stories in the last few years about reservations not being confirmed, etc. This is probably why.
