Hey, so I need help finding a fingerprinting service in Kansai, preferably in Hyogo. I tried my local police, but they told me they couldn’t do it. I googled some services near me, but the one fingerprint room in Osaka doesn’t seem to be available anymore. I looked at the US Embassy site, but it suggests contacting the nearest police department which I have already done. Could anyone offer suggestions? I searched this sub already, but most answers were for people living in Tokyo. Has anyone tried going to the Hyogo Prefectural Police Headquarters to get fingerprinting done?
