Looks like a traditional, restaurant level ebi chilli w/ブリブリ食感/bite/crunch (hard to say with certainty though). Kinpira also looks standard/classical and overall presentation is clean, colorful and without unnecessary “complications”. Separating some of the food items by putting them in an aluminum foil cup or similar might be an option so they don’t mix but over all this is a very nice bento.
