As above, it’s labeled オトリマトメ###ケン (# are numbers) with an addition of just over 1,800,000 yen and then a deduction with the same label but different numbers of just over 2,000,000 yen. I know it’s a huge amount to miss, but I don’t check my books often. Does anyone know what this might be? My employer does all my taxes, but this isn’t on my payslips…
I only noticed because I’m doing my tax return for back home so I need to report whatever this is. Residence tax? IDK. I really hope this isn’t something bad.

If you haven’t put your passbook in a machine for a while it might be a summarized version of your account activity for that time period.
