Im looking for a room to stay for a few months in a sharehouse. Price between $300-$500, looking for cleanliness, good service in case of issues, preferably with private bathroom. Is it possible to book from abroad or do I have to visit in person?
Good sharehouses in Tokyo start at a little more than 500. Had a pretty good experience with [couverture](https://couverture.jp/en/) . Lived in one of theirs for three years. Arranged some more for interns at work. Their other houses also seemed pretty nice. The catch is that they require at least a little Japanese so that you get along with other house members.
There are some sharehouses which are much cheaper and offer insane moving in deals, but they are often really crap. Also private bathroom in a sharehouse is not going to happen.
