“I’m looking for a lost cat. Cat’s name: Shiro Color: Black and white Lost at: 〒379-2143: Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, Shinbori-cho There is a reward of 100,000 yen for anyone who finds the lost cat.Your cooperation is appreciated!”
I’ve lost cats before. What I did was take a blanket or something that smells like home. Put it outside near a door or open window. Some food too. Watch it for a few days. Your cat will return. Usually they stay around 50 feet of the house because they are scared. If it is an indoor only cat.
I shared the poster on my Facebook.
If he’s only been outside a short while put his toilet and/or bed outside so he can smell himself. Leave the door and windows open as much as possible as he may come home on his own.
Good luck.
Did you go to the local police box?
Have you tried (ex) Twitter? Loads of Japanese people are on there.
