2 week itinerary check (Tokyo-Osaka)

Hello everyone,

Me and my wife decided to finally take our trip to Japan, which will be during the 15th of november through to the 28th of november. We have already taken care of some tickets and are looking mostly for recommendations regarding some places to visit and the feasibility of certain “routes” (I am aware some imply some walking/commuting. Our budgets is moderate, not significant but also not frugal.

Thanks in advance!

  1. >>> ICOCA card purchased in advanced

I think you mean ic card which in tokyo now is either suica card / pasmo card
which is not availble now but has a subtitute welcome suica/passmo passportICOCA is a name for card in osaka-kansai region.(usable anywhere)
make sure you can get the card in tokyo area.

    >>>Tokyo day 19

This might be a little busy daymake sure you get your JR pass in advanced (1-2 day before) just make sure to tell station master u will use it on day 19
after shopping done in akiba around 3-5 pm. move to tokyo station.
the trip to osaka (shin-osaka) take 2.45 hrsyou can still shopping/sightseeing at dotonbori/shinsaibashi late at night
(I personally not recommend kuromon market sue to price hike tho.)

*** need to checkout nintendo store in osaka/(kyoto if it is open)make sure to has 1-2 hr. for queing to enter and queing to pay

    >>>Osaka day 27

I suggest Kobe full/half day go visit streak land and the seaside (has malls and kobe port tower) , chinatown
or even take a 1 hr sea cruise trip for sunset (before 4 pm. is your best bet also can try 11.am for lunch cruise trip)
can go back for shopping in osaka if needed
