Crab sushi set from Kura Sushi

1. This costs about 1,200 yen. Taste was okay and relatively good value overall.

2. I’ve had crab sashimi and it doesn’t taste like much, like a mouthful of chewed up paper with about as much flavor. Crab is a million times better cooked. I like sashimi but some things just aren’t good raw.

3. Where do you stand on the major Japanese conveyer sushi places? We have them in Taiwan too, and personally I like Kura.
