Got a pre-set platter. Any idea what the white fish all the way on the right is?

1. White fish is near impossible to be certain for pics, but I would guess the tail end of yellowtail

13. Hamachi probably but could be kampachi. They have a “silver skin” that sushi people like to manipulate.

14. Impossible to say, but given all the other fish I would bet on it being Hamachi Toro
