Hello! Leaving for Japan in a few weeks and decided to buy the Hakone Freepass from Klook. I currently have a voucher QR code on my phone that I believe will “activate” on the start date I entered. Will I be able to use this voucher on my phone or do I need to redeem a physical copy in order for it to work?
If I do need to obtain a physical copy, I will head to the center in Shinjuku West about 3 days before my activation date. Can I pick up the pass early without activating it just yet?
Ive been reading over Klooks information as well as a few Google searches but cannot find a clear answer to my question so if anyone has any experience with this, the help is appreciated!
