1. Wear less polyester. Don’t wear black jeans. Don’t wear black sweaters. Don’t wear long sleeved black shirts (with black jeans and black sweaters) as casual wear. Wear loose clothing. Wear light colored clothing. Take an umbrella to keep the sun off you and have instant shade.

   As I cycle through Tokyo I am surprised at what people wear in 35+ degree weather. So, what doesn’t surprise me is this article.
