I need to make some calls with Japanese companies that discuss issues that are above my level in Japanese.
Are there any recommended services like the banks/gov offices sometimes use for English-speaking customers? That I can make some kind of conference call and have an interpreter translate the information?
Edit: just to be clear I am aware that companies like [https://www.daytranslations.com](https://www.daytranslations.com) exist – however I’m looking for something casual where you can just call up without booking and pay by the minute etc.

i wonder if Fiverr is an option for you..
or check if your local ward office offers a clinic to assist foreigners with day to day tasks. just turn up really well prepared and see what you can accomplish with whoever they have.. watch out. Some of the volunteers are a bit old and i might not want them up inside my private business..
and remember. banks won’t speak with someone that isn’t you…
