  1. How much do you sell all that for? I feel like at the restaurants near me those trays would go for $60-80 each.

  2. Thank you so much. I’m one of those weirdos who can’t stand sauce on their sushi. I’m not a purist or anything, I just don’t find that I enjoy it on sushi at all. In restaurants I’ll request my rolls without any sauce at all–unless it’s a crazy dessert roll and has fruit sauce or something like that.
