I have been looking for a way to found a remote job or even an internship just to build a network in Japan, but the condition of speaking Japanese or even having at least B1, it is hard hhh, I knw that Japan had a lot of foreign companies, but when I look for offers and jobs posts, I do not found much, if any one can help me with an advice or redirect me to a path I will really appreciate it …..

It ain’t easy, as you’d be competing with entire Asia.
Try to find a way to sell yourself, like what’s unique about you? Or even what’s less common?
Depends on where you are, most of the jobs are in Tokyo, so if you are in Tokyo, you will have a better chance.
There are a couple of volunteer places you can apply to help get the experience if you have none.
Find events on meetup where you can attend on site, coding schools like Le Wagon and Code Crystallis have regular events weekly.
There is also Hackernews that also has monthly in person events iirc.
Other than that it takes a little bit of luck.
