I entered in my new apartment today. However, as soon as I turned the air conditioner on, there was water leaking from it and I somewhat feel like it’s not cooling the room properly. Since it’s obon, I can’t call the 管理会社 yet. Just to be sure, is there anyone who had a similar experience? Am I the one who’s gonna have to pay for the fixing fees? If so, how much does it cost normally?

It was spring when I moved in and the AC was leaking as well and had a really bad smell. I told the landlord and they replaced the unit with a brand new model, free of charge.
Is the hose on the outside unit free of blockage or kinks?
