I watched a tutorial on how to buy a bicycle insurance at 7-eleven but it says I need a Japanese phone number (which I don’t have) and I have to be 20 (I am 19).
Are there any other ways to buy an bicycle insurance? I am just gonna stay here for 1 year.

Do you go to school here? Ask your school, a lot of schools will offer their students a reduced price on bike insurance.

I got mine online. It took 24hrs to activate after payment but was pretty quick and easy. Think the company is Tokio Marine but there were many options.
