My local grocery makes some (basic) yet pretty, sliced/rolled fish

1. This is all I ever want from grocery store sushi, but the overwhelming majority of them are “mayo explosion” rolls with fried onions on top. I’m sure those are fine, but the sushi in your picture is perfect to me

4. Reminds me of Wegmans sushi. Nothing crazy, just decent competently-made rolls and nigiri. A staple of my college years

6. Please learn the term Nigiri 🍣 and never refer to it as sliced fish again
