I’m living right now in Ota-ku city, I just requested a moving-out certificate through post mail to Gunma, Tomioka city where my old address is. I just wanna ask how many days before you receive the moving-out certificate and it’s been 4 days.
It can take up to 2 weeks to receive certificates in the mail from your previous city hall. My source is working for neighboring Takasaki City Hall and often needing to help people get tax and other certificates sent from their previous cities
