EMDR therapy in Kanto / Tokyo

I know some people have asked here a few years ago, to no avail, but I wonder if anyone has since then found a good practician for EMDR, in English and in person? (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

I am calling every mental hospital I can find but so far nothing 😳 only one does it, in Japanese only (Ōwa Mental Clinic in Sugamo)
