  1. i heard the food is different and theres japanese breakfast as well as american, i wanna try it but japan has endless good food

  2. One of the biggest disappointments I’ve had since coming to Japan. The only thing it has in common with an American Denny’s is the sign.

  3. There is a actually a verb *deniru* which means to go to dennys. They have a weird relationship with it.

  4. There’s a golds gym and KFC next door. Pretty sure you sought this out…

  5. My son went to a Dennys in Tokyo and was upset that he couldn’t get a Moons over my Hammy.

  6. Denny’s and diners/famiresu are virtually dead in the US. And I dunno why finding international franchises internationally is funny…

  7. Japanese Denny’s is a pretty different experience. I enjoy most things in Japan, I did not enjoy Denny’s.

  8. Is this the one in Gotemba? I can still feel my American husband’s disappointment when they didn’t have any breakfast options

  9. Get rid of the kana and kanji and add a couple of lifted trucks and it does look very much like Anywheresville, USA

  10. There’s one around the corner where I’m staying now. There was a line out the door as I was leaving. It wasn’t very good though.
