I have a docomo contract right now (normal SIM contract) but I am thinking about switching to ahamo (eSIM-contract). However, I am leaving Japan in March. I am planning to visit other countries (South Korea for example) after my stay in Japan and before going back to my home country. So ahamo’s 20 GB of data overseas at no extra cost would be great for this.
My question is:
What’s the process to cancel an ahamo (eSIM) contract? Can I do it online or via E-Mail or is it necessary to go to a docomo store?
