We’re going to Tokyo Disney in a few weeks, and I’m looking at transportation options. We’re visiting Hokkaido first, and then flying into Haneda. Does anyone know if you can purchase tickets for the Limousine Bus to the resort area in Terminal 2? All the guides I’ve found online were targeted to international arrivals and only referenced a ticket counter in Terminal 3.

I can’t answer your question, but T2—>T3 is 10 minutes on the free shuttle bus if that helps:

I just checked Google maps and apparently there is a limousine bus that goes from haneda 2 to disneyland.
The limousine bus goes to all three terminals.
