    You don’t need subsidies to raise kids. Heck you dont even need a government.

  3. This is a really weird article. I have no idea why the article author would write this when their only looking at nominal gdp statistics. Real GDP statistics also from the IMF don’t indicate this and are actually showing the opposite. Germanys real gdp is expected to contract by half a percentage point and Japans is expected to grow by two percentage points this year. Like there’s a lot to criticize the about the Japanese governments handling of its economy(the voucher system is extremely stupid with how it’s being applied right now) but this isn’t it.
