Standard format/phrases for a note with moving-in gift?

About to move into our part-time home in Osaka (detached, but barely, house.) Only one immediately adjacent neighbor but planning to get them the traditional “sorry for the trouble” moving in gift. For the accompanying note, are there any standard phrases we should be sure to use? Since our situation is a little different we also will let them know we will only be there part time and not renting/doing minpaku. (And a pre-apology for not speaking good Japanese!) Just trying to make sure we are the appropriate level of polite, friendly, etc. with this.

  1. お世話になります!or a これからよろしくお願いします! maybe?

I’m sure either way they’ll appreciate the sweet gesture 🙂
