Looking for a Tofu Ball recipe.

  1. I’m sure it sounds way more delicious in Japanese.
    I used to go to a Vegetarian buffet in Kyoto and they served the most amazing tofu/ hijiki balls similar to the ones in the picture.
    I’m looking for a recipe because I m sure the ones I liked didn’t have potatoes in them like the recipe above

    Long shot: restaurant name was O Bansai and it closed down in the early 2000s I believe
