This looks incredible, but I can’t help thinking that it also kind of looks like the sushi equivalent of fancy burgers in the US that have so much stuff on them you can’t eat them right.
That’s a no for me, way too much of a mashup, I wouldn’t be able to taste any of the individual ingredients so I would find it a waste. Those ingredients seem pretty random to throw together, too.
