I’m having an interview with Amazon Japan soon. I have heard from the recruiter that the first interview will be with the hiring manager and in Japanese, while the subsequent loop interviews will be in English. Can anyone verify this?
The reason is that I’m supposed to come up with STAR stories for each of their leadership principle. If I have to prepare in both Japanese and English it’ll be doubling the amount of prep work…
