Vein or worm?


Sorry for the imagery, but I’ve been reading about worms and it’s made me a little worried about my food. From a restaurant, so it should have been flash frozen (though I can’t say for sure it was) but is this a worm? Is it ok to eat the fish or should I be worried?

  1. Sushi chef here, not a worm. Only time I see them is in special fish from Japan or while cleaning ankimo.
