Konami has different rankings for the sport clubs. Some are better because they have more facilities, like a pool, sentou and classes (and charge more). Some are just a bare bones gym (and charge less).
The one thing that I like about Konami is they allow walk-ins and will charge you for just 1 day. My suggestion is you go and do a 1 day pass and see if you like it.
