I have heard that if you join 2 gyms in USA the health insurance pays for the second one ? Is it true ? if so is there Same option in japan. Does anyone know ?

There is nothing like that in Japan. In Japan, health insurance is provided by the nation. Everyone basically has and must have the same insurance. And there is no service like paying for your gym.
