Hi, I’m moving to Japan soon and made a Rakuten account to buy a few things.
I ordered something last night but when I went to log into my account, I got security error E01-009 which tells me they suspect suspicious behavior on my account.
I haven’t done anything but purchase one item to the hotel I’m staying in. When I try to contact an operator, they close the chat box immediately.
Has anyone ever had this issue? Is it a case that I’ll be able to log in later?
I’m new to Rakuten so just worried as I did make an order that is meant to arrive at my hotel in a few days. The money hasn’t been deducted from my account yet but I’m not even sure if the purchase can still go through/if I’ll be notified.
