Docomo Bike Rental Stuck ‘Unlocking’

Hello I’ve rented a Docomo bike through NAVITIME with the circle pad that unlocks via phone. This is the second time I’ve used this service and the first time went smoothly, but I went to park the bike and locked it (guess I shouldn’t have done that) and now I can’t unlock it. The reservation page where it displays the blue unlock button reads ‘Unlocking’ as if it’s currently in use? and so it’s now stuck?
I tried calling the number but I guess my SIM card can’t dial it or something, I’m not sure. I sent them an email in the meantime. Any ideas?
