Question regarding Kyoto iUP

I’m a high school student in the US and want to ask how mandatory the EJU and AP classes are, as I am lacking in both areas.
I plan on majoring in Electrical Engineering, but as my school teaches regular physics only in the third year, I would not be able to get both AP physics classes before the deadline in February (exams are taken in May). I am, however, taking an electronics and engineering class this year.
I also wasn’t able to take the EJU.
I want to know just what my chances are of getting in, as it seems there are very few students getting in from the Americas. For reference, I have a 3.7 gpa and a 1560 SAT
