Has anyone had the issue where the suica charge goes through in their credit card and they take your money but the balance on the suica card doesn’t change.
It’s not an updating issue because after 3 days the balance still doesn’t add that amount but amounts added later do show up.
For example on Monday I added ¥1000 it didn’t add to my balance but my Amex shows a charge.
Tuesday I add ¥500 and it is added to my balance immediately.
On Friday I check and Monday’s ¥1000 is still nowhere to be found.

Are you trying to charge late at night like 1 or 2 AM? I think there is a problem at that late a time
Did it charge through your Amex or is it still pending? Sometimes if you go over the daily limit, it will ping your card but not post.
Are you sure you don’t have more than one Suica? Charging the wrong one?
Got the same problem after a temporary network disconnection during charging.
