  1. Two years ago they forbid to sell alcohol, still could get ready or walk around to find somewhere to buy, last year was quite full of people, this year this happens but even if it’s not that, probably would be awful with the amount of current people.
    That or being able to go Asakusa anytime and enjoy there was a different level Japan, not gonna lie I’d trade wearing the awful mask again if that means being able to enjoy once again.

    This is what they need to do instead.

    Plus close the streets to cars and open them up to revelers to reduce crowding.

  3. is this because halloween is a “foreign” celebration or will they be cracking down on hanami street drinkers as well?
