5. Lots of good stuff but to me, its too much in one bite to really enjoy the ingredients. Personally, I like my oysters minimally dressed if at all. I would use the uni for gunkan and make some tobiko/quail egg gunkan as well. Im sure it was still quite good. Id be tempted to put it into a sake shooter as well. Either way, I love all of those things! Maybe just not in one bite as much.
